Each room will be setup with a P A system, 2 – 3 tables
for presenter, projector screen, and seating. Craft Room will have extra tables
for projects. If other equipment is
requested please note here

Each Seminar will have 1 – 2 monitors to assist the
presenter and to write a review of the presentation.
Seminars will run one hour and 15 minutes @ 9:00 am,
10:30 am, 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, & 4:00 pm. starting on September 18, 2013 @
9:00 am and ending September 21, 2013 @ 5:15 pm. If more than one hour 15
minutes is needed please let me know and I will work it out for you. If you
desire less time please also let me know so that I can work in the ones
requesting more time.
